The Skin Architecture Method is my 12-week at-home programme for building treatment-room skin yourself, using the same Exfoliate, Hydrate, Stimulate approach I use on every client in Dubai and London. It opens on 10 November, and the waitlist is open now.

For years, the question I hear most in my treatment room is: “How do I keep this glow until my next appointment?” This is my answer. I have put everything I know into one place, broken down week by week, so you always know what to do next.

Why I built it

A facial is a moment in time. What happens in the weeks between appointments decides how your skin really looks, and that part has always been in your hands, not mine.

I see the same pattern in Dubai and in London. Clients arrive with a bathroom cabinet full of half-used serums, most of them good products, used in the wrong order, too often, or for the wrong skin. The skin ends up confused, stripped or reactive, and the instinct is to buy one more thing to fix it.

That is the opposite of what skin needs. Fewer, better products, used in the right order, will always do more than a shelf full of trends. I wanted a way to give people that clarity without them having to sit in my chair every few weeks, and a way in for everyone who follows my work but has never been able to book.

Why “architecture”

I call myself a Skin Architect because I think of skin as something you build, not something you patch. You would not decorate a house before the foundations were sound, and skin is no different. A barrier that is dehydrated or irritated cannot make the most of even the best treatment.

So the Method works in order. First we understand the skin you have. Then we lay the foundations: a calm, hydrated, resilient barrier. Only then do we build on it, stimulating the skin to renew and strengthen itself. Every step makes the next one work better, which is why the order matters as much as the products.

Skin is something you build, not something you patch.

Exfoliate, Hydrate, Stimulate

These three words sit behind every facial I do, and they are the backbone of the Method.

Exfoliate. Controlled exfoliation lifts dull surface cells and helps the skin renew evenly. The key word is controlled. I would always rather exfoliate well and less often than strip the skin every day.

Hydrate. This is about water held within the skin, not a heavy cream sitting on top. A properly hydrated skin is calmer, more comfortable and far more tolerant of the products and treatments that help it.

Stimulate. Once the skin is calm and hydrated, we work on circulation and the skin’s own renewal, so it can repair and strengthen over time. This is where results start to build.

Get those three right, in that order, and you do not need a full cabinet.

What is inside

The Method is your skin blueprint, in four parts.

01

Know your skin

Your skin type, your concerns and the state of your barrier, so you finally understand why your skin behaves the way it does.

02

Your 12-week plan

A step-by-step progression to follow at home, week by week, so there is no guesswork about what to use or when.

03

Products and devices

My honest advice on what is worth your money and what is not, with discounts on the products I recommend through my ShopMy.

04

In-clinic treatments

Which professional treatments are worth it for your skin, and when to book them, so that time in clinic builds on what you are doing at home.

Good skin starts from within

I have always said that good skin starts from within, and the Method reflects that. What you eat, how you sleep and how you live all show up in your skin. Alongside your routine, I show you how to eat your skincare, because a skin that is supported from the inside is easier to calm and strengthen from the outside.

Built for Dubai and London

I split my time between Mandarin Oriental in Dubai and Hart Medical in Mayfair, and many of my clients live between the two cities, or spend half their lives on a plane. That shapes how I think about skin.

In Dubai, skin is managing sun, heat and strong light almost all year, then moving straight into dry air-conditioning. In London, it is grey days that make people forget sun protection, and central heating that pulls water out of the skin. Flights in between are hard on everyone’s barrier. I have built all of this into the Method, so it works wherever you are rather than only in one climate.

Who it is for

If you are already my client, think of the Method as your appointment with me, every morning and evening. It keeps the work we do in clinic going between visits.

If you have never been able to book in, whether because of distance, diaries or waiting lists, it is your way into my treatment room. And if you simply want to stop guessing and start understanding your skin, it is for you too.

It is not a replacement for professional care. If something in your skin needs a medical opinion, I will always tell you so.
